Communication
Through communication between the client and owner, we aim to stay proactive, not reactive, throughout the 4 iteration stages. Set the scope and expectations.
Planning
Once the scope is identified and understood, a proposal outlining features, timing, development, cost, and deliverables. A team will be assigned to the project overseeing management, quality assurance, development, and more.
Testing & Design
Using (4) major iterations followed by the workflow, the testing will be verified for every function and expectation set, ensuring every step of the way achieves or exceeds set milestones at the highest quality.
Assurance & Finalizing Design
Flow, feel, UI, design, branding, and overall functionality is assured, finalized, and made sustainable. Mockups provided.
Launch & Control
Upon approval from client, it is launch day! Control modules proposed.
